Author Guidelines
1. FEES & ELIGIBILITY
- No publication fees for authors or their institutions.
- Independent authors without institutional affiliation are accepted.
2. MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION
- Write for electronic reading: short sentences, short paragraphs.
- Use tools for grammar and spelling correction (e.g. LLMs) if not a native English speaker.
- Language: English only.
3. AUDIENCE & ACCESSIBILITY
- Audience: both AI and social sciences; interdisciplinary focus.
- Writing should be accessible to readers from various scientific backgrounds.
- Clearly define specialized terms and expand all acronyms at first use.
4. STRUCTURE & CONSISTENCY
- Mandatory use of provided template (Word or LaTeX).
- Consistency required: maintain uniform verb tense, scientific tone, terminology.
- No deviations from template in the layout, styles or headings.
5. FORMATTING RULES
- Acronyms: spelled out in first occurrence.
- Dates format: day-mon-YEAR (e.g. 1 Jun 2025).
- Figures/Tables: Always capitalize and number (“Figure 1”, “Table 1”); refer by number in text.
- Refer to each figure/table explicitly by its number.
- Title, author list, abstract, exported PDF, and complete source files (zipped .tex or Word) must be included at submission.
6. ABSTRACT
- Max 300 words.
- Summarize results numerically where possible.
7. CITATION AND REFERENCES
- Only APA 7th edition style accepted for in-text citations and full reference list.
8. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Submissions must include:
- Title
- Author(s)
- Abstract (≤ 300 words, numeric results)
- Exported PDF
- Zipped LaTeX source OR Word document
